Booking conditions:
Your reservation will be confirmed only after payment of a deposit. The percentage of the deposit will be proportional in your date of reservation and in your date of arrival. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer.
From reception of your reservation, we grant you an option for your stay and we send you by return the authorization of debit for taking of the deposit, which must be returned to us by e-mail or by fax (00212 5 24 37 81 67) duly completed and signed, as well as documents necessary for the payment of the deposit.
More than 21 days before arrival: 30 % of the total amount
Between 20 days and 11 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount
Less than 10 days before arrival: 100 % of the total amount
The balance of your stay will be then has to settle at your arrival to the Riad. Note that any credit card payment will be increased by 5 % (Interbank charges).
Cancellation conditions:
Between 30 days and 21 days before the arrival: 30 % of the totality of the stay will be taken from the bank card of the customer.
Between 20 days and 11 days before: 50 % of the totality of the stay will be taken from the bank card of the customer.
Between 10 days and his (her,its) day of arrival: 100 % of the totality of the stay will be taken from the bank card of the customer.
